Putnam Science Academy (Conn.) pair Mamadou Diarra and Hamidou Diallo were offered by Seton Hall today.

The active July ‘live’ recruiting periods haven’t started yet, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t action on the recruiting trails.

The older player, Diarra, holds a long list of offers including one from Minnesota last October, Kansas State in February, and UConn just days ago. VCU joined in by offering today while the Golden Gophers and UConn sent coaches to New Orleans to follow the forward.

Diarra is pegged as a three-star recruit by Rivals while has him at No. 168 in his class.

A soon-to-be junior, Hamidou Diallo has a lot of similar offers to his teammate including Minnesota, UConn and VCU. A four-star Rivals recruit (No. 38) and ranked No. 67 by, Diallo has also seen offers from Providence, Iowa State and USC since November.

Today marked the beginning of a three-day evaluation period that runs through Sunday. The next window coaches can hit the trails to watch recruits is April 24-26.

As reported here first, Seton Hall has offered 2016 Oak Hill Academy (Va.) and New York Lightning forward Rodney Miller, who will be playing in at the Nike EYBL in Hampton, Va. this weekend.
