NEWARK — Seton Hall’s failure to execute down the stretch of its 76-73 loss to Michigan State might prove to be a vital learning lesson for the Pirates as the season rolls on.
In a bizarre turn of events, the Seton Hall – Providence game has been suspended (but not ended) in the second half with the Pirates leading 56-47 and 13:03 still to play.
Seton Hall scored 50 points in the second half against a top-10 Texas Tech defense to pick up an 89-79 resume win at the Garden.
