Seton Hall’s bubble burst in thrilling fashion on Saturday afternoon, as they downed No. 13 Butler in a game which will be remembered similarly to Pittsburgh in 2006, though hopefully with a better outcome.
It won’t be official, but Seton Hall (19-10, 9-8) can essentially lock up their second consecutive trip to the NCAA tournament with a win at No. 13 Butler (23-6, 12-5) on Saturday.
Seton Hall will have a chance to build momentum and notch a résumé-building win on Wednesday night when they host No. 11 Butler.
